Introduction

In 2021, Shared Construction Content (SCC) approached Digital Brew Company to create an explainer video that would communicate their innovative platform to architectural firms and content creators. The goal was to showcase how SCC facilitates cost-sharing for architectural photography and videography, ultimately benefiting both firms and content creators. This video, crafted by Digital Brew Company, highlights the unique features and advantages of the SCC platform.

Project Overview

Shared Construction Content (SCC) offers a unique platform designed to reduce content costs for Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AIEC) firms by 30-65%, while simultaneously increasing revenue for photographers and filmmakers. The platform operates by allowing users to create projects, assign participants, set budgets, and share costs among multiple parties. SCC manages the entire process, including payment handling, scheduling, and post-production, making it seamless for construction partners to acquire high-quality marketing materials. Additionally, SCC supports various services such as drone photography, interior staging, and professional photography and videography services.

To visually capture the essence of SCC's offerings, I developed an engaging storyboard. Emphasizing the platform's efficiency in reducing costs and streamlining the process for high-quality content creation. Through dynamic animations and clear narrative storytelling, the video illustrated how users can easily navigate the platform, collaborate on projects, and benefit from shared costs.
